It is equipped with all comforts and designer furnishings. The center and beaches are less than 1 km away.
The villa features three floors:
Ground floor:
- Large and bright living room with fireplace and access to the garden, which entirely surrounds the villa.
- Kitchen equipped with everything you need, which opens onto an elegant dining room overlooking the garden.
- Guest bathroom with shower
- Double living room/guest bedroom overlooking an outdoor area equipped with a table and barbecue.
First floor:
- Three double bedrooms, one of which has a large terrace overlooking the sea
- Two bathrooms en suite with shower

All floors are connected with a lift.

Air conditioning is only present in the bedrooms, the room on the -1 floor is not equipped with A/C, but there is a fan.
