Liguria is home to some of Italy's most iconic food and wine products. There are also many rituals that accompany food and wine, one of which is the aperitif (often compared to the American Happy Hour), or a drink combined with a 'generous' snack, enjoyed at the end of the day.

You will join your local wine expert guide, on a walking tour that will take you behind the food scene of Rapallo, combining food and wine tastings on the go.

There will be 5 stops, at each of these you will taste a different Ligurian delicacy, paired with a different local artisanal wine.
After a welcome to one of the city's most unique monuments, at the Musical Kiosk, you will follow your Guide through the historic center of Rapallo.
You will make stops in different places to try local cuisine delicacies such as cheese focaccia, farinata, mussels and/or fried anchovies.

Then for the final stop, we will head to a traditional Italian shop, ParlaComeMangi, where you can enjoy a selection of Italian cured meats and the famous Parmigiano Reggiano, while your guide will talk about the secrets and traditions of Italian gastronomy.
